June 18, 2005 Jason Miller Audrey Pae, 5, from Lakewood admires both the inside and the outside of Henkel the Dragon at the Avon Heritage Duck Tape Festival at Veterans Memorial Park on Saturday, June 18, 2005. The chinese new year dragon was sculpted by Cleveland Institue of art students Zack Shocklee and Jane Baslach who spent 200 hours creating the monster and used 1000 rols of Duck Tape.
